They are labelled. Call me in the morning. It really makes no difference as you can tell the ECU the inputs when you plug your laptop in..

Need to wire what in?? Call me in the am.

If your old system included that ARCII, then I would equate it more to an old ham radio -- lots of ***** and somewhat arbitrary analog signal processing.

Been out of town for what seems for ever- now in SC- Glad to see you still have some COOL stuff to play with now that it is getting warmer. Anoxious to hear how you like it. Sorry I didn't get a chance to stop by while I was close- maybe next time (with my tools)

Cheers, Mike

It's actually not too hard. The new wiring harness is labeled so you know what everything is. Remove the intake manifold so you can get at everything and it's only a 4 hour or so job. I'm just so damn old my back can't take leaning over the car for such a long time so I'm stretching it out.

I also have low impedance injectors so I need to have ballast resistors. I'm building a set of "extensions" with the resistors built in so I can just pop them off if I get high impedance injectors in the future. I overnighted the connectors and they should be here today. If you were to order this and didn't have the injectors you wanted yet, I would HIGHLY recommend getting high impedance to save yourself this headache.

I think if you compared the cost of this kit vs MAF, EBC, piggyback, yada, yada, this would actually be cheaper. It's also one unit so I don't have to try to get all those peripheral devices to play nice with each other.

Why dont you raise the car so you wont be hunched over the car. I know its a back break and i am 23 years old.

As far as the injectors i am going with high impedance. I think thats how evil has it not sure i will ask him. Thanks for looking out.

If i have nothing better else to do this summer i am going to make a quick disconnect harness. lol.

Where are you mounting your coil pack??

Read what I wrote before that, they are labelled. Also, look at the wiring chart. Everything is there.
1. trigger goes to the flywheel
2. goes to flywheel(sync)

Why did you buy extensions? I gave you the resistors. Please call me.

Most large injectors are low impedance injectors. This is what you want.

Generally speaking the low impedance injectors (Peak and hold) are faster to open than high impedance injectors (saturation).
I would be surprised (and disappointed) if the Link can't drive low impedance injectors...

I was just thinking the same thing. Resistors are an annoyance.

Link does but, not the one she bought.

In reality, I can't see this as a negative. This system is sold as a "plug and play" for many newer cars that still use factory harness. ie, it plugs right into many Subaru's and DSM's without changing the harness. All those cars use high impedance injectors.

Installing resistors takes all of 15 minutes. Link sells a nice little plug in system but its not included as not all buyers need them. It keeps the price down for people that don't need them.
