Wow that sounds like something I want to do. I drove by it on the way to L.A. ...Last year? I live off of Interstate 10 myself... Just the Houston, TX side of the country.. Straight shot though..

I'm not so sure about July... I would actually want to Show up.. I have to make sure cars done, tuned and ready for track duty by then.. Not just a last minute, work for a half hour before I break sort of trip.. Lots of experience makes me never want to do that anymore. - have a full race day of fun...

September is Perfect and a lot more of a time frame that I can make with no dis-appointments. I want people to rely on us and actually make the trip if this were to happen. People can buy Plane tickets and make plans with confidence. I will be there even if it's just Jeremy Tony and I having all the fun and making extra trips to Vegas without after stories. What happens in Vegas.....

Porshhhh951 can do his Dallas thing, AND make it out.. 333 can make the trip.

Absolutely. If the wife doesn't like it I'll just slap her in the mouth a couple times. If this is friendly fun...which it should be...then we should do it in september or october.... Much cooler then and my 951 will be back on the road with the 3.0L in it. The rest of the country puts the car down for the winter....out her we put them down for upgrades in the Summer. I could always drive the mullett car....and we can jack my wife's navigator for the road trip to Vegas.

Hey, there is also the Porsche Racing Club event held every October at Infineon/Sear's Point Raceway. They reserve an entire NASA event weekend for PRC. It's called Porsche's at the Point.

This year it is being held October 24/25. It would be awesome to get some decent 951's around here. We can hang out with the 944-spec guys and make it one big party.
