Like I said above, I made the trip out to Jeffesonville, IN and back last May. We left at about 4:30am Saturday morning, arrived in Jeffersonville around 3:30pm, got the trailer, then had to find a place to load it. We finally found a place and headed back. We got hit by a monsoon all the way down I-70 it seemed, coming at us! Most of the time we just drove ride down the middle of the road. We were back at my house at 8:30am Sunday morning. It was a trip for sure. Being that I'm from Leavenworth, KS...we HAD to stop in Leavenworth, IN lol

I do love those wheels as well and I'm glad a lot of members on here do. I can't WAIT to get mine! They look SO much better then the 17's...it's crazy.

You guys know what Kyle's car looks like right?

Congratulations Alex, looks like a solid car. Now that you have the 951, I have a GT racing splitter for you if your interested. It's a little rough, but I got it free, so just paying it forward.

Well I got around to getting under the car and glanced at the tranny and noticed there was no cooler attached to it, so I'm assuming it's been changed out at some point and isn't an LSD tranny anymore. I've yet to jack the rear up and do that test. Can't you tell by the tranny numbers?...is that something that is visible from under the car?

Just because the cooler is non-existent, doesn't mean its not an LSD. I have seem non-LSD cars with coolers and without, and LSD cars with and without. My '87 951 has factory LSD, no cooler.

And I know for a fact it does have LSD and that it does still somewhat work!

True, but the options sticker lists as having LSD and cooler...so I figured if the cooler isn't there then the tranny probably has been changed. I'll probably just throw a jack under it tomorrow and do the spin test.

Car just passed the "spin test" so the trans does have LSD!

Ahh...wasn't aware it had the option for it. Kind of odd that it doesn't have a trans cooler anymore...

The LSD sure is nice to have. Especially trough 1st gear when the car wants to kick sideways!

It's hard to believe it was that clean once!

I just picked up a set of chrome MY 02's, but I still love the look of the 18" cup II's, the only beef I have with them is they are quite heavy and the offset was a little off, my rears would easily rub on the driver's side under acceleration or hard cornering. I dropped back to a 255 from 265 and that helped a ton. But now I'm running 275's!!
