Do you have a sewing machine? Modify a larger one to fit - that's what I did (specifically to match the taper of the front of the window.)

I cut the cross-overlap stitches out as needed, did my modifications, used hot glue to put it back the way I wanted, then stitched the overlapping joints just as they were before.

p.s. I have a big-*** industrial sewing machine.

failing the home sweatshop approach any idea of what off te shelf size is best?

18 x 18 is plenty big enough. That is the size I use. In fact, I folded the rear of the net over about 4" since it was too long width-wise. So installed, mine is really 18" tall x 14" wide. Covers plenty of the window, and still leaves enough room to stick my hand out to give a signal if necessary....or the "you're number one!" sign.

As soon as it shows up I will pop a post. Expect it any day now. due to the extreme rake of the A pillar, stock nets are a problem. The net was ordered through my fabricator so I don't know/remember the name.
