Thanks for the great write-up, porshhhh951! My own VR Stage II installation is currently underway. I did the VRPB and MAP wiring this past weekend and will drop the car off at the shop later this week for the turbo, MAF, injectors and chipboard installation. As always, John at Vitesse was a great help answering any and all questions to coach me thru the wiring hookups.

Your post has me psyched - I'm really looking forward to seeing how my car performs!! First track date is just over five weeks away!

I am new to the 944 turbo arena, I purchased mine in July of this past year. I am just amazed at the performance of these little cars in stock form, and to see what can be done to them and bring them to near supercar status in a 20 year old platform. Thank you Dr.

You'll love it. I couldn't be happier with it at this point. Its still early and I have much ground to cover. I'll make sure I post everything in this thread for people who would be considering this turbo kit or upgrade to the V-flex. I'm very interested in the E-85 stuff.

John, Glad you made it home fine, the weather was not on your side.

Thank you for the positive feedback, I'm glad you are enjoying your car. At the moment, you are running with the out-of-the-box tune. Once you fine tune to match your car 100%, you will get some more out of it.

Have fun!

Here's some pics I took today. Washed her up some(just rinse) and took it for a little drive after the new hose was put on.

I think I scared a couple of kids today with my backfires...

The pictures just don't do the rear justice. It just looks soooo wide from down low.

hmmm sooo meaty

Good to see you feeling the car out and it is finally home. I was very impressed with the Vitesse products and with John at Vitesse as well. A Vitesse kit is definitly in my future.
Keep us posted.

Yeah me and Tman got the same ones. Overall I love the look of them lip service included however they are HEAVY.

I'll be swapping them out eventually for CCW,HRE,or FISKE. Gotta save the weight.
