I would say input shaft seal and both output seals on the transaxle. Time to drop that out.

No need to be dropping the motor to do waterpump/belts/seals, that is all simple in the car. I would replace all the front seals and spacer sleeves and oil pump drive sleeve, clean everything up good, and drive it and see if that takes care of most of it.

i dont plan to run the car soon, would like for april, mai

i have to install my new turbo, complete exhaust line.....

the service record is really bad, i dont really know what have been changed on the car from the last 20 000-30 000++ miles

isnt easier to drop the engine to do all the job like timing belt, waterpump, powersteering, steering rack....
could change the engine mounts,
I want to put new vaccum lines, coolant lines....

is the transaxle something i can start first?

I've see worse.....doesn't look like p/s fluid to me though (what does it taste like ? ) And leaky PS fluid really does get everywhere !!

It may not look too bad after a good clean - there's plenty of places the oil could be leaking from, so not easy to guess just yet...

+1 on the lift..... it's on my wishlist

Really jealous of that lift, BTW
My solution to the problem as well.

Doesn't look much different then most 944's I have seen.

The tranny wetness would bother me as well.
