I just sent an email to Taj Ma Garaj. Ya never know...
Hello. I've had the pleasure of meeting John Dixon a few times at various Porsche events. A friend of mine has run into some financial problems due to a recent layoff. He has tried to sell his '86 Porsche 944 Turbo to help make ends meet for his family, but with the economy the way it is, he has not had any luck. He unfortunately has decided that it will be necessary to part out the car. Normally, this would not be a big deal, as 944 cars are parted out every day. But, in this particular case, it is a real shame. Justin's car is probably one of the nicest examples of the 944 series in the world. Since I know you are a Porsche lover, I was hoping you would consider purchasing his car to spare it the fate of being parted out. There is a "sticky" thread on rennlist about this if you are interested: https://rennlist.com/forums/944-turb...the-worst.html
Thanks for your consideration and I hope to see you again this year.

WOW !!!!!!!!!
Rennlist Thank You.
Just a quick update. I have a buyer who is sending me a deposit on the car.
He is a Rennlist member.
To those of you who offered money I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am ok though. Take the money and send it to Rennwish or some other great charity of your choice if you want. I know there are other members that need the money more than I do.
I will update this later as I am busy now at work.
Elliott, Alan, Rob, Nelson, Matt, Travis, Dan, Sam, Future, CPR and everyone else..... THANK YOU !!!!!!!!
