Financial problems and loss of job forces me to do the worst..
Please do not make this a three page thread about how I should not part or sell the car.
I will offer the car for sale for 1 more week at $15000. If it does not sell I will start parting it out on Wednesday March 4th.
Compression test shows 145 - 150 across all 4.
More pictures can be viewed here... http://www.flickr.com/photos/35742877@N02/
It is now on eBay...

If I part it....
All parts will be removed from my 1986 944 Turbo with 62,228 original miles.
The car runs perfect and the motor just received a new timing belt, water pump, and rollers 2000 miles ago.
I am currently working 50 plus hours per week. Saying that I just want to let you know that removing some of the parts (Motor, Trans ect.) may take some time.
I will be going to 944 Fest and I will offer free delivery on any parts as long as they are paid in full.
I will not ship the larger items such as the rear hatch, motor, fenders, ect.
Parts available for local pick up in Evansville, Indiana. Zip code - 47725
If paying by Paypal please add the 3% Paypal fee.
Dibs only happen when I have the money in hand or in my Paypal account.
I will only be shipping parts out on Tuesday's. That is my only day off during the week.
All parts working 100% perfect or money back guarantee.
I will attach some pictures so you will get an idea of what the car has.
I will be posting up prices after the eBay auction.

No, Don't do it. I am really sorry to hear about your current situation and wish I had the funds to help you out and get a great car. Someone buy this car to keep it from being parted.

Judson951, best wishes for a quick sale - you may want to post the specs and mods on your 951 for those of us not familiar with your ride.

I'm sad, but happy for the new owner. Please post your long list of care and maintaince. This car is a deal at what you are asking.
These are tough times, and my prayers are with you.
I know what it takes to make a car like yours, and you need to share it's history and your part in it.
God bless and good luck,
George

I surely hope that it sells so that you don't have to part it.... if you do though I will have many requests for you. Also, if you need help with anything i would be more than happy to drive out for a weekend to lend a hand....

Man, the polish on the intake manifold and intercooler pipes would look realllll nice under the hood of my '87!
Good luck with the sale...had this been a year ago, I would have been on it like stink on ****! lol

Sorry to hear and I wish I could help you out by buying that GORGEOUS car but my job isn't exactly producing what I wish it would. Least I could do is buy a few parts if that's what ends up happening. If so, quote me the IC pipes, steering wheel, catch can, and fuel lines.
Your car along with a few others drove me to rebuild my car instead of totaling it. Best of luck and let me know,
and those seats are awesome!
