Default Funny Clutch Pedal Feeling

Hey guys-
Did some searching, but found nothing that sounds like my problem exactly...
My pedal feels normal until I push it about 90% of the way down. The last 10% feels quite hard like something is binding. The clutch still engages and disengages fine. The problem fixes itself temporarily when I rev the engine above 4k rpm. Then, I push in the clutch and it feels normal. Once I let it out again, the problem is back. If I push through the last 10% a couple times, the 3rd time the pedal goes the whole way just as it should.

Has anyone had issues like that? I am thinking it is the slave cylinder. It could also be something wrong with the fork or perhaps the master... What do you think?

No! I don't want to hear that!
The PP/TOB is only a few years old... But I would admit that it feels somewhat like that.

Anyone else have something similar happen to them?

I don't know how to definitively discern which is the culprit. I guess I could start by replacing the slave. Then if that doesn't to it, I guess it would be the TOB?

Changing the TOB isn't fun. Check pedal free play, could have been adjusted incorrectly, the adjustment rod is right under the pedal.

Chris
