Default buying a new rad or not?

Hi guys,

i need to remove my radiator because i broke the radiator plug when i remove it. i flushed the coolant and put the garden hose in it, and i still see the plug in it. So i assume i need to remove it lol.

I was wondering if i should get a new radiator since im 99% the rad had never been changed....

It doesnt seem to leak at all thought...

if yes, what else i need to buy or replace "while im there"

thx !

I've got a relatively new(less than 1 year) rad in my 968 that I'm going to sell because I've got a racing radiator that 'm going to install.

If you want, give me a PM, and we can discuss...if a 968 rad fits in your car, that is.

Where does one get a racing radiator?
I have looked at a couple of different suppliers but no one has returned my call.

Sebastien,

Not sure a 968 rad will fit in a 951. Can someone correct me?

PS It was nice meeting you last night. Hope the fog lens install will go smoothly. Maybe you could arrange a wrenching party with all the Montreal area 951 owners...
