So far it has been good. Of course I don't track mine for long endurance, but I have ran it out for over a minute in the higher gears w/o incident so...

Hi guys. There is an ethanol debate over on the 928 forum. Theres alot of fear mongering going on over E15. I'd appreciate it if some of you guys that have real world experience with E85 could stop by and post in that thread to share your experience. Good or bad. Thanks

Looking at your sig, it appears you have the fuel system to support over around 400 hp. You just need to tune it by adding fuel. However, to get the most out of it you need to also address timing. I don't know your tuning capabilities but the desired AFRs are posted early in this thread.

I'd agree , other than the ability to run higher boost safely. Ethanol has certainly allowed me to make far more power early on than I ever could have on petro fuel. It's funny that I am running around the same timing lead now that I was when I had run my supercharged car.

I have a VR chip with a toggle switch on the dash that changes the maps over to race gas timing. It would be great to see a fuel map from this tuner that can be switched on the fly as well.

The on-the-fly switch between pump gas & E85 exists already (been on the market since 2007). You have the original MAF software (pre V-FLEX/V-MAF+). Take a look at the website, we offer the V-MAF+ which supports pump gas, race gas and E85.
It's an easy upgrade for you.

So.. Just to open up an old topic again;
I'm building my engine at the moment and going e85 as well..
What did you guys use to pump the e85 in? And at what fuel pressure?
Also, did you change the fuel lines from the back to the front completely of just the flexible pieces?
I'm building my own fuelrail from stainless steel and will get a surgetank on the place of the battery!

A fuel pump
This really depends on your HP goals - but I generally suggest starting with a Bosch 044 pump (a real one).
Just the flexible pieces.
