Nice work!! Im getting a new bigger radiator made by a guy who works for wizard cooling near me(http://wizardcooling.com/gallery.htm) This guy does awesome work and his welds are amazing, he welded up my larger intercooler for me
as far as expansion tanks I have one of those surge tanks from summit and im making a overflow to add more volume because its kinda small.

Did you notice any difference in the cooling temps? Did it sit lower on the gauge or stay cooler for longer when on the track? Where does your needle generally sit? Where do most people's sit? I've found with the new front mount i/c that my temps are just a bit higher. They started to get just under the 2nd line on the track the other day but it was pretty hot weather. I've got stock rad and fans. I've also heard the the alu ones are prone to cracking around the welds without warning after some time. That's the only thing that concerns me about making the change. I will still probably have to in the end.
Bruce, great job on this one!

Thank you. Its just that if anyone ever owns this after me will never know what the hell parts are in there. - I have a master list at this point just for that purpose though.

While racing it stayed at around 210 - center. - but an Autocross isn't a good measure. Too short. Road course should tell all. Maybe in a couple of weeks.

I'm wondering bigger in what way?
I could only go taller and thicker. Wider really isn't an option unless you tube out the front frame. - maybe if you hammer in some dents on either side.
I think Moroso makes one that's just big enough and it is a true expansion tank, as it will need to hold pressure.
