Default 951 motor swaps of all kinds - Pics, info, ideas, whatever you got.

I wanna know what kind of stuff people have crammed into a 951.. Porsche, Chevy, or otherwise.

If you have pictures or information about a cool conversion, please post it here.

Got a cool idea for a swap that you haven't seen done? Lets hear it.

I know Olli Snelman (sp?) posted this awhile back. Olli, do you have more info on this car? Very cool.

I was thinking it would be cool to put a little diesel engine in - maybe a VW TDI or something. Get 45+ MPG with your 944.

But, I'd use a NA car as a doner not a turbo.

I'd like to see a 993TT motor.

How big is a cayenne v6?

How about cayenne v6 with a a turbo in a 951?

I think the angle is too wide to fit in the 944 engine compartment.

Can anyone confirm this? If that's the case I suppose you would have to do some extensive mods and at that point the cayenne v8 might not be too far away.
