Did he revise this at all? I cant remember what the before on autotrader said. Only part not making sense now is "ENGINE IS UNMOLESTED! Almost stock, very light modifications to the engine" Which is it light mods or unmolested? Still tho, if the boost issue hasnt been fixed....its fraudulent Mrporsche. Lets see some proof on the boost issue, other than these things seems ok, what you guys think?

Default CAR SOLD-THANK JESUS

To All,
Afriend of mine in Md., was actually pursuing buying this car today. Evidentally he had been engaged in an e-mail chain with Mr. PORSCHE (aka Mark Weipert). He called a bit ago to ask me my take....it wasn't until he started ready his resposnes that I knew it had to be the same car. No records were EVER provided. Here is the transcript (read from bottom up):

Yes, you can send it to my mobile fax @ [***.***.****]. Also, do you have the original trim pieces? I think I would be inclined to use them in lieu of the carbon fiber ones. If not, is that an easy item to locate?

Thanks
Charles Paulin

Do you have a fax number? I just located the bill from porsche for an allignment. I had the new wheels balanced and figured to get an allignment. A tech also took the time to inspect the car. How would you like meto send you the records?

The "Don",
The service records or receipts from the Dealer or the service centers are important to me. I do not know a great deal about these cars other than I admire their appearance and obviously the performance (as you outlined), thus these records will help my mechanic and me to hopefully make a good decision on this purchase. I feel we have narrowed it down to 4 cars, yours being one. So whatever additional information you can provide would be great.

As for the "chicks" ....I have passed that time long ago my friend. My kids are already off to college, so this car really just serves as something a bored "old" man can play with. Anyway, I appreciate your speedy response and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks

Charles Paulin

I just did a track event yesterday and finished 3rd. I made a video of the car boosting, hard *** 0-60 pulls (hitting the rev limiter - 6k) every gear. It is just the stock 10lbs of boost. I had her up to 140 on the way home from the office tonight. No wheel shakes.

I seriously hammer this 22 year old car. But! it is in top shape and will be a fine mule for you to abuse and pick up chicks. The outside is AMAZING. Inside looks gorgeous. and the engine has been documented as being in "excellent" condition by two porsche service centers. (One being a Porsche Dealer)

Car might be for sale. Cut a check for 8k and its yours.

Mark,
Thanks for the response. I am very interested in the car, although 12k may be a bit much for me. Please send the receipts when you can. I am in the Md. area.

Also what is a renlister?

Dear [charles],

Yeah I can do that.
I spent 1,700 in the last month on this car. I redline it every gear, I drive it like a Porsche. It used to refuse to boost, I think a leak or something.. Id just downshift an keep tryin ta boost. It runs great now.... I just did a 35 foot burn out while holding in the brake.

Kinda stinks like burning rubber an oil still.

7,500 IS THE STARTIN BID! I will take it off for 12k. CASH I dont trust rennlisters with anything else.

That makes me sick all over again. I doubt it actually sold. He's probably lying his *** off again because he couldn't produce the records that you friend wanted.

SOMEONE MISREPRESENTS A CAR FOR SALE.

THEN SOME RENNLISTERS DECIDE THAT IT'S OK TO DEFRAUD OTHERS?

I'M LOST.

PLEASE EXPLAIN TO THE REST OF US WHY BEING DISHONEST IS OK.

we all know he is only sorry because he is getting caught. We all know he doesn't really care.

But, you had to atleast give the guy a chance to really make it right. Now it sounds like he isn't going to be changing his ads for sale he is still going to be lying about the car and the records among other things.

All I can say is you can lie and cheat people and have it not come back to you. This guy is going to get whats coming to him.
