About 3200 rpm in each gear when I'm just cruising. At 25mph, I'm shifting to 2nd. why do you want to know this?

For regular driving around town:
1st to 2nd= ~3500 rpm
2nd to 3rd= ~3500 rpm
3rd to 4th= ~3000 rpm
4th to 5th= ~3000 rpm

Sustained 25mph is done in 2nd

I shift when I shift. Don't really have a standard as the [non] poll might have as an option.

With a full tank of gas, I'm a little higher in the RPMs. Getting close to empty, I'm more conservative in my spirited driving.

Most of my driving is on an AX course anyway and then I try to shift just before the rev limiter kicks in.

Lets get a poll, now this is for legal hwy driving:
1st to 2nd=___________rpm Doesn't matter, whatever, no traction anyway
2nd to 3rd=___________rpm When the computer decides I'm going to fast and cuts fuel
3rd to 4th=___________rpm When the computer decides I'm going to fast and cuts fuel
4th to 5th=___________rpm When the computer decides I'm going to fast and cuts fuel

That would be 6900rpm or 35psi boost, whichever comes first. When I'm done accelerating I shift to whatever gear keeps the engine at 2500-3500rpm I guess, I've never really thought about it. Shifting at XXX rpm is not a good idea. Many other factors decide what gear you should be in at a given time. Just go by feel and listen to the car, it will let you know when to shift and what gear to be in.

Also what gear do u use at a constant 25 mph? 2nd

oh umm and will a 968 tip trans fit in a 951?......don't answer that.
