Will the race version be PCA legal? I know it needs to be "Spoilers and bumpers/air dams are free providing they do not exceed maximum factory body width by any amount, maximum factory body length by more than 1 inch, or maximum spoiler height of the vehicle by more than 6 inches" but the street looks like it could extend length more than 1inch?

The font of the nose [where the tow eye attaches] is the most forward point on the stock body. If you drop a vertical from the front of the nose, then measure forward from the bottom lip of the nose where the batwing attaches to intercept the vertical, you'll measure approximately 4.5".
On that basis Patrick's race spoiler can extend up to 5.5" from the mounting lip and still be PCA legal. From what I've seen here, the race model will probably fall within the vertical bound, and be perfectly legal with room to spare.

You are indeed correct. We worked with Diago (Renns username) on the PCA regulations from the outset to ensure that the design would not violate any rules. IIRC the horizontal plane measurement is at 4", which as you stated leaves some room to spare.

I had a nightmare last night that you got the first batch and something was horribly wrong, so you had to cancel the whole manufacturing run and start again.

hehe..I don't blame you, it is muddied at best. I am closing this one soon and initiating a cleaner more precise one once product is in hand.
But, to answer your question (and yes, this was covered to some degree):
-Units ship in from the manufacturer starting Jan 29th(arrive here Tuesday)
-Units come in batches of 6 or 8 (I'll have to check my invoice for exact)
-As I receive them I will be shipping back out in the order they were ordered
-shipments will be arriving every other day (2/3, 2/5, 2/9, 2/11, 2/13..etc..) until complete.
-this "batch" arrangement was the only way I could get these now.
I will be packing/shipping these every night.
I am expecting our mold mock up to be arriving back in house any day now. I will install and have pics in a new thread same day.

I am in the process now of posting the shipping order. Give me an hour. I am out of town on business and the first 6 came in this morning. The guys are dealing with those as well as what they REALLY get paid to do. We are going as fast we can.
