" and a glass place that will reset my hatch glass - it's starting to separate [/QUOTE]

Let me know if you find a solution to this, only option Ive found is replace the hatch.

Hey Hally, do you think the 944 Series guys would be interested or even allowed to run these splitters?

+1
as stated before, like the look, not the price of AIR.
count me in for one if a few materialize.
Just the chin piece for the turbo/s2 bumper, correct?

Any way to update the initial post of this thread to make it easier to see the latest update on the project? Or is there a website?

There are a couple of prety good DIY write ups for the hatch glass. You don't have to replce the hatch. There is one on Pelican, and I may have one or two others. Do a search and you'll find them on this board.

To All,
It was getting a bit "jumbled" here...and I was a little bored...so check this little "test":

More to come while I finish up the templates.....

Nice work Patrick.

I was worried about the V2 scraping entering my driveway. If it's from the same material as in the test V1 I'll just let it scrape. ;-)

Have you verified that it won't deflect excessively at speed? Not sure if you've pushed down on it to see how much it deflects.

If it does bend down slightly at very high speed, will that make it even lower and therefore better?

Not that I'm an aerodynamist, just thinking out loud.

Actually, it probably would be better... up to a point.

A local guy had one custom made for his 951. It got pushed down and ripped off the first time he hit the straightaway at speed.

if it flexes too much it will really stress the mounting points/hardware.
