yo boner
Perhaps you would care to enlighten on what it takes to make a Nissan altima go 13s? I suppose it all depend on your interpretation of "lightly modded" but I think that is a big stretch

rennlist is truly amazing. you realize that a 3.5 has 250 hp, 250 ft/lbs and can run a 14.6 bone stock.
here is some one that ran a 14.2 bone stock, so I have no problem believing with a nice exhaust and intake it could drop into the 13s...

As an NA car I will make an educated guess - the real world HP/TQ gain from fresh air intake and exhaust is in the 18-25HP/20-25TQ range.
Now You tell me is an extra 20HP/20Tq for a 245HP/ 3400lbs car enough to pickup 1.3 second in the quarter............. in a pipe dream perhaps

Not saying that at all Lart. The weight difference between the two cars, would make the HP on your Camry around 190 comparably, to the aprox 220 on a chipped 944. Talking at the wheels here. The extra 700lbs is equiv. to aprox 70hp difference due to the energy it takes to get all the extra weight moving. A bone stock Grand National would run high 12's low 13's, and we all know they made a lot more power than your Camry, and this Altima in question.
