Actually I was looking through the SCCA FastTrack magazine last month, and a 944 won a RallyCross event somewhere. Was going to post here asking who it was... but I think we figured out now that there is a Porsche Ricky Bobby around here somewhere!

Well we can't really say there's no air filter, hopefully that flex hose is routed to a better spot for a filter.
Come on guys, nobody here likes to play in the dirt? I think it would make a fun (although not very competitive without AWD) rally car.

Hey... I don't mine worn junker and think they are great places to start race builds and HATE the thought of crushing a 944, but that thing... I would not even take it for free... total hunk of junk... Crush it now to put it out of is misery.

apparently some of you guys don't have local 4 banger dirt track classes. Is the latest trend here.... lots of cavaliers, neons, and the like gutted and safety gear added to go racing. THEY GET ROUGH on the track - tons of fun. Looks like all fun to me. Though I don't know of any class around here for rwd 4cyl
