133k on my turbo S motor. I did rebuild the tranny a few years ago, but only as preventionThe syncro's got replaced, but everything was still in great shape. . I also did valve stem seals at 110k or so. The motor will get fresh rod bearings while I replace the oil pan gasket that is leaking.
My current 944 spec motor had 144k before I replace the bearings an redid the head. I left the original rings in there and started racing it in 2003. I am still racing on that motor now 75 races later.

My track car has 158K miles on it currently. Bought at 152K. PO broke the timing belt so it had work done at 152K, then he never picked it up from the shop. I bought it for a song and converted to track use.
2 years later and still going strong on the original bottom end.

170k miles on original bottom end & turbo. Head & tranny replaced with new units at 120k. Torque tube believed to be original. No transmission noise - even 5th gear idler is hardly audible.
Oil consumption equals zero (Castrol RS 10W60).
Unscientifically observed to perform as well as a barely broken-in rebuilt engine with 100.5 pistons.
