it's about time these things got cheaper along every other piece of electronics .
It certainly has all the wiz bang features of the far more expensive ones,,, trigger compatibility and injector resolution is the unmentioned important factor's when selecting EFI

Thats what I noticed too. I wish they had some pics of the interface up just so I can see what it looks like. But for 1100 for a EMS and harness, it's a much better solution than a freakin' MAF, chips, muffler bearings, and every other damn thing out there that's insanely overpriced.

That standalone is not only garbage but when one of the best standalones on the market is only $250 more I would have to laugh at anyone who went the SPECTRE route.

That's the same company that sells fake stainless braided hose, chrome plated plastic ram air systems, chrome air filters and brightly colored wire looms. Sure all of their products may provide some performance increase over OEM stuff, but they are 90% show and I would stick their EMS in the same catagory.

Thanks! I was having a hell of a time trying to find info about it on their website.

Edit: I downloaded the software and it seems pretty decent. Thanks to Mike, this is a $900 upgrade that would be well worth it. This is going to be my next major expense for the car.

A Haltech E8 with Flying lead Harness is only $1,299.00 so about $250 more then that POS standalone.

it seems this product might be a commercialized, re-branded megasquirt, as their tuning software is basically megasquirt;
