Lifting the front of the car
Hi all,
Using the center jack point and setting stands along the front frame rails and the rear stand points by the bottom plastic trim, it seems the rear gets lifted much more than the front. Whats the best way to lift primarily the front for like oil changes and checking for coolant leaks? Its too low for my ramps.

That's the same thing I do. I use a spare scissor jack I have, and lift at the center point until it's high enough to get my floor jack under the front jack point. Lift one side, support it on a stand by the frame rail, and move to the other side.
Once one side is lifted, the scissor jack is not required for the other side.
I can lift my '83 using with the floor jack using under the crossmember, because it has no skid plate and it sits higher than the 951.
