Anyone else getting some Spring upgrades done?
I have a full B&B test pipe - cat back exhaust, short shift, M030 suspension and 968 caster blocks all waiting to go on as soon as that damn salt gets washed away for good this year....
Just wondering if anyone else has a stash of parts waiting to get installed...?

Hmm Let's see.
LR fuel lines
Tial WG
SFR test pipe
Innovative WB02
Venturi delete kit and vacuum lines
Bilstein rear shocks
Fuel filter
MT90 for the trans
Waterpump
Timing belt/rollers
That's all I can think of. I sure there is some other stuff packed away in those boxes. Should be starting my work in two or three weeks.

I wouldn't really say upgrade as much as "put back together"
Motor:
Fresh 2.5L
101 Mahle pistons
Telfon I-J Crank Scraper
Oil-Pickup reinforcement bracket
Rebuilt 26/8
Vitesse Chips
Lots of jet-hot coated parts
930 clutch disk
Cup Pressure Plate (965 part number iirc)
Brad-Cam oil temp plug I bought way too long ago
Laust Vacuum Manifold
Most everything cleaned up, no oily parts!!
Rebuilt Power Steering Pump
New non-leaking A/C Compressor (comfort driving to track)
Tial 38mm wastegate
Some sort of manual non-electronic boost control
Lindsey Oil pan baffle and pickup tube ring mod
Suspension:
Bilstein Cup coil-overs
No T-bars
Elephant Racing Spring Plate Bushings
Solid Rear Trailing Arm Bushings
All new bearings everywhere
New CV Axles
Racers Edge Camber Plates
New front a-arm bushings and ball joints
New solid droplinks for rear sway arm with heim joints (self made)
New front sway bar bushings delrin
Exhaust Harware:
All new bolts and everything
Interior:
Finally install boost gauge and oil temp guage
Clean from sitting for almost 2 years!
That is all I can think of at the moment. Motor "should" be going in before the 12 hour race I am going to next friday/saturday at Sebring. Still waiting on some parts and I need to hit up the welder, then in the motor goes!

Done:
M030 torsion bars (Yes, did the whole reindexing thing), lowered rear by 0.75"
M030 26.8mm front sway bar, new rubbers on front/back
Triangulation stiffening brackets on front sway
M030 struts/shocks
968 caster blocks
Rennbay track/performance ball joints
Replaced that $#%$# heat shield between the oil cooler and header (3 hours just for that!)
Resealed/cleaned up tranny
Royal Purple 75W-90 gear fluid
Cleaned/repacked CV's
New brake fluid
Repainted sunroof
To Do:
New (Possibly M030) front brakes
Maybe some "new" Turbo S wheels
Cheers,
Keith

Damn, was gonna feel good about posting mine, but you guys are going crazy! We have had a mid winter, so I installed most of everything as it came in.
DONE
26.8 ft sway with reenforcement brackes and new bushings
Bilstein HD rear shocks
fixed trans cooler line best as poss untill I can source a good used one
Manual steering rack
rear tow bracket
new TPS
T/B reseal
Rennbay ball joint rebuild
Replaced worn 968 caster blocks
IN THE WORKS/DUE
Timing belt and all rollers since I didn't do it when head was off (stupid!)
Accuboost
Lower rad hose since it was slashed by p/s belt b4 it's removal
Find cause of boost surge
seal wastegate gasket leak
Find a way to install early Bilstein inserts (been done b4 but no pics or documentation avail.)
Replace sunroof triangle mounts
Decide on which SFR exhaust I realy want and how much to spend
LC1 and Boost gauges
I have most of the suspension done/figured out. Now it's time for the power! Will be a great year for the car I believe.
