Default Calling all Grey (or Silver as well) cars. I want to see your wheels.

I am thinking about some new wheels for my car but am being a bit indecisive about style and colour. I thought I wanted some all black type wheels as they look really 'racer' and a bit easier to clean (or keep dirty more like it!). Anyway post anything you have or even photoshop if you are good enough. I've also heard some poor reports about some brands like Kinesis, HRE, and others. Can anyone substantiate this? I really like some of these models but don't want to buy a lemon.
See my car in the pics with the 2 most popular shapes/patterns being the 5 spoke and the BBS clone. Both these are Simmons wheels which are a very well made product, but maybe not quite as fine looking as some others. If someone has some all black ones can they post them too please. Also just to throw a curve ball, I don't know if I'll get one piece or three ie race / track but don't worry too much about that. I'll figure it out at some stage.
Any ideas, advice appreciated. Thanks.

I'd post pics of my wheels but they are in such poor shape they would be considered offensive- with the wedding and house purchase I put off buying the wheels I had planned. I've always thought the polished wheels look great but I imagine they are kind of fussy to keep looking good. Sean woudl know I guess and I expect you gus have talked about that.

painful at times, i have a set of FR17s for the track too, which we had polished. problem is after every session you have to wash the brake dust off the wheels. it pits the alloy in one day. but it does look good.

When I was looking for wheels for my gray car I came across a thread in which someone had made this composite image with all red cars. I photoshopped it to monochrome to get an idea of what these wheels would look like on a gray car:

I really like this pic! The car looks simple and mean.

As for looks, osbekken's wheels (the black ones) are as cool as it gets. The whole car in Silver Rose is just awesome.

Aside from those, I don't know what's wrong with me maybe, but I still like phone dials.

18" turbo twists - these replicas can be had quite affordably for street use.
