Default Project smooth rear

here's a pic of the end cap haven't finish sanded just roughed em. Also tig'd all the holes in the raer bumper shut as well. I'll get pics of that up later

I'm curious to see what the final result would be. I was going to do something like this myself then decided it was too much work.

thoseare what I'm shooting for. I just rough sanded them with a 36 grit roloc wheel so knock the duramix down it's 4030 plastic repair. I put reinforce tape in there to stiffen it

Shaved is good, but suck that bumper in a bit

Default okay, but...

When you suck it in a bit what do you do about the length of the end caps?

Certainly you can't just cut them off and expect the width to fit against the panel properly?

they go onto the bumper pretty darn far.

Yes, you cut them shorter and plastic weld the mounting tabs back on. It does fit properly.
