I honestly couldn't have put it any other way...
...you were just playin' with me rather than actually trying to play with me...
...you were just messin' with me rather than actually trying to mess with me...
...you were just foolin' with me rather than actually trying to fool with me?
See? It HAD to be said.
Nice response time, by the way! I'm glad this forum is not like PelicanParts' forum, where one must wait for a day to get one response!

And rule number C, post pictures of your car and 5., if Lart gets a picture of you, he will give you free used parts (of his discretion) but what he does with the pictures is up to his sick little mind..

I'll post pics as soon as I can. At the moment, all I have is this grainy cell-phone picture from yesterday afternoon. At least you (kinda) get to see my BLAUPUNKT radio and EQ...

kiyoskia - you asked for opinions so to summarize (in case my first post left any confusion) => Carbon Fiber use for "look" is absurd in my book.
If you get a chance post a few pics of you and your car.

That subie splitter is obnoxious...
Ugh, what's that site with the 1980's jap cars with the body kits that look like they were made from wood, with the oil coolers outside of the body panels?
CF I love the stuff, and would love to see a CF 951... (just not mine ) so go nuts! where you located man?

Three Wheelin'
What's the big deal about having CF body panels being ricey. If you don't like the look of the CF weave, just paint it. Now before I get a slew of responses about fitment problems and surface irregularities of what's available, remember these are things that can be corrected by manufacturers getting their process under control. There's no reason they can not look just as good steel panels.
It would be nice to have the option of pulling a couple of hundred pounds off of the skin of my car, and have it look like a factory steel body. (or a wide body version)

Well that's not the whole car but a good place to loose some weight for sure, plus they happen to sound awesome too. Well the M3 version did.

carbon fiber "FOR LOOKS" is all rice dudes.
Why do you think ricer kids are putting real and simulated CF all over the car.. pannels, interior inserts, etc. certainly not to paint, all about the look.
