We'll be doing some flying near Edmonton but staying down by Vancouver, so hopefully it will be a bit milder. -20 sounds way too cold.

OZ, that was very exaggerated, notice I said "at least". Temps should be up in the +10 to +15C range. However, the comment about the snow wasn't. I flew back to Edmonton after a trip down south and it was very nice when I left. When I was landing coming back home there was a lot of discussion about braking index and snow plows on the runways.:-) We had just had a 25cm dump of snow. Very unusual but it does happen.

Where are you going to be flying around Edmonton. Let us know when and maybe we can get together as we did with Nize. We alll enjoyed his visit and having a good excuse to get together and talk about 951s. It was just way too cold while he was here. The windchill was actually -54C (-65F) the morning he flew in.

Catching up would be great but I wont be on the ground at Edmonton at any stage during the trip unfortunately. If anyone is nearby Comox on the other hand, then sure.
