Nize, there are a several 951 owners up here and depending on schedule it would be great to say hello. Temperature wise who knows, but today was balmy for a high of 27F and low of 15F. For the end of January the average daytime high is probably around 15F and overnight lows of -5 to 0F.

I'm here in Edmonton. The only options for the end of January are bearably cold or unbearably cold

I have from 4:30-6:30 free on that day between work and school. I wouldn't mind chatting about your pauertuning turbo.

Let me know what you guys want to do. I'll offer up my nice new heated 22x28 garage if you want to get together there. It has the bonus of having the 951 and 924 in there, so there will be no awkward dead spots in conversation, always something to talk about and point at. I can throw a few beers in the snow and drag the BBQ close to the door too. I'm located pretty much dead centre in Edmonton.

OK guys, I'm picking Nize up at his hotel at 3:00pm, we should be back at my place at just after 3:00. We'll hang out for a while, talk Porsche, drink beer, then either BBQ or head out for a bite to eat. He's got to be back at the hotel at 8:00pm, so if you are free anytime in that range let me know. I've sent PM's to dand86951 and JustinL and a few other local guys. If anyone else sees this, send me a PM and I'll sort you out with my address etc.

OZ no worries mate, it will be all the way up to a -20C windchill at least by then. However we have been known to have 25 cm snowfalls in May

hey guys, it was fun meeting you all. i have to say that negative 50 degrees is much colder than i thought it would be. now i understand why so many nicely modded 951's are in the area, you spend too much time indoors in the winter.

hope to see you guys again on the next trip. i might even drive through in the summer if i can get the motor done by then.
