Default 92 968 TURBO

Does anyone know the value of a 1992 968 turbo. The car is in England and pistonheads is listing it for 50,000. I think it has 30,000miles. I wanted to pick one up but for that price ile hold out and get my red 2002 911 twin turbo.
Thanks

968 turbo vs. 996tt.

I don't see the comparison. It can't be a factory turbo for $50k. If it is, you're crazy. Think what will appreciate more and what's more rare.

$50k US or $50k Euros? Is the figure correct that they only made 15 of the 968 turbo S...we know they only made 4 968 turbo RS models - #4's battery was dead when I stopped by Paragon last September. I told Jason I wanted to drive it, he sort of rolled his eyes...then I started looking at the Shelby

Checked my books and the 968TS' were made in 1994. So it is a converted car. Tough toss up now. Depends how nice it is. You don't see a 968T everyday...

The book here says just over (1900) 968TS's were made.

Some time ago this one was offered for only $65.000. Claimed to be genuine.
Does anybody know?

You can also buy a new one: €115.000 Not original off course.

The RS was a purpose built race car. The 968Turbo was a road car. I was considering doing a replica until we estimated the cost of a complete conversion. From the drivers seat, the 951S cars are identical. Love the look of the 968 though.

I decided to build a 89 951 with a 3.0 for about a third of the cost. If money was not an issue, I'd have a replica 968TS with the same engine mods as my current project motor. I'd love to find a 968 six speed with a M030 option with no motor for cheap. Any out there Lart?

...and that's a 5-valve.

btw, they don't use Euros in the UK, so "fifty-thousand" might be £50,000, which at the current weakness of the Dollar (thanks, Dubya! -I owe ya! ) would be approximately $100,000.00

Your book says 1900 were made? If so that is not correct...
