Default 98 Cobra svt vs 951 with maf

Nice video but I think the guy with the 951 wasn't tuned right or didn't hold the car at the right speed.

Neither one knows how to race. Each one jumped the gun on each other/ no honking. Might have been more interesting had there not been ghey music in the background and an even start.

Wonder if that's a lister? I remember seeing a gold, lowered, 17" twist, 968 mirror'd 951 on here that was totaled, but doubt it's the same person. I was thinking Kyle D.?

something is wrong with that 951 or it is at a low boost level. I raced a svt with exhaust, intake, and tune and starting at 60mph I had 2 car lengths by the end of 4th on my last set of mods (cat-back, K&N drop-in, weltmiester chips, and at 19psi. 251rwhp and 313rwtq). THat cobra would be about 270rwhp max and 270rwhp max with those mods.

Yeah, that's Randy. ECUdooberhead. He bought a Vette after he sold his 951, I don't think he has a Vette anymore either. I'm not sure he is on rennlist anymore.

I remember when that happen the owner of the svt came to our forum to find out what kind of mods the 951 had. I miss the good old street racing times, rolf. I myself had fun with a couple 04 svt cobras 390hp something like that.

Also, you fail at street racing videos.

Cobras are faster than most would admit to.. Even older gens like the 98 and 97 (video) are pretty fast, Having ridin in my friends 97 cobra it throws you in your seat much more than my 951 every did.

I remember going to the dyno with ST and Ted Wright back in the day and there was a 04' cobra there that was some special addition, and that thing went from 2500 to redline insanely fast and put down over 450 rwhp (i think ST or ted correct me if im wrong).
