Nice vid, taken from your car?

Any info on that 968?

I wonder if that Carrera GT driver was going all out, or if they were a little worried being in that kind of car.

Well, in fairness to the GT driver, it wasn't his car! The owner shared it with his buddy at the Audi Club event, and I'm sure he was somewhat cautious with it.

The 968T is wicked fast, however!

Yes, and I didn't give the C-GT much of a lift! I did have to brake a little extra at the entry to the RH bend to let the 968T pass safely in that area.

So I take it you survived? Who's 968? I can't see the video for some reason.

John Sullivan, duh!

I was there too! Please don't post the video where I pass you, then end up in the grass a few laps later. Never happened. . . the grass part

That's kind of what I figured. Thanks Mike. Why does your location say Falls Church? Did you move? Sorry I don't remember if I asked you this before.

I take it your tractor....ooops, I mean car ran well?

Chris: Yes, both the car and I survived! The 951 ran like a champ, even if I couldn't catch those two beasts.

Here's a link to the same vid on You Tube, maybe that one will work for you:

Thanks for reminding me, Mike; I haven't gone thru all the video yet to find that one! I'm hoping I can zoom in and capture the look on your passenger's face!

That worked thanks John.

Well it's good to see Dr.J's car running. Who is working on that thing these days? I hope not who I think.

Haha, well not with my student in the car. I kept it on track then. But Sunday afternoon I took my girlfriend out for a few sessions. As I was turning in and releasing the brakes at the top of the rollercoaster, it just snapped. We were going pretty slow, but I didn't feel like spinning so I just drove off. She wasn't very happy Strange, because I had done many many laps taking the same line before.

Says Falls Church, cause thats where I am now. Or atleast until February, maybe longer. Car ran fine. Although not sure many believed I had a stock motor, until I pull out to pass and they had to lift bigtime!!

I heard that one of the Audi drivers asked in a classroom session, "What's the deal with those 944's? Some of them are really fast passing, and some are really slow and you have to give them a big lift. How are you supposed to know which is which?"
