I have a couple of reasons for wanting the Charlie Arms. First is that my 968 is lowered with big wheels so anything to keep things safer is appreciated. Second is that I want to drop the engine 5 mm so that my strut bar clears the injector cover. I have the adjustable Lindsey Racing mounts but I'm thinking that my custom turbo install might contact the lower control arm if I lower it. The Charlie Arms appear to be thinner in the area that I need it most so lowering the engine might not be an issue. Thirdly.....they sure are purdy.....

I've had Charlie arms on my car for a year now and they are by far the best piece of equipment i've bought so far. It's a shame they don't sit outside of the wheels because they are quite purdy.

Dave, why don't you start a new thread about these? Get JD's approval for the GB, and then keep a running list of who wants them. I don't recall how many people want them as of now, but I know I could probably get two more to add to the list. Maybe then we could get this going and into production if we hit that 10 person mark?

Rob, I'm not sure when I should do that. I know for a fact that he will not make any real soon, even if we get 10 so, I'm not sure if I want to get everyone excited to wait, make sense?

I understand. Maybe you can get some type of time frame though and get back to us? See if you can find this out. But, it's up to you.

I wish it was that easy. With the holidays, PRI show and testing in Daytona around the corner, its hard to nail him down. I will go foward and get John D's approval 1st.

thanks,

I would love those arms. I seen them in person and tracked a car with them on and they are nice. And installed a whole bunch of them. Work of art. If i only wasnt in college
