+1
I saw this option and would like to know too.

I gotta tell you. Someone else at my old shop taught me to weld. I really suck compared to him. I keep trying to get more hours in, but he just keeps getting better. I think CNC welding machines could learn something from him. So I kinda have a hard goal to beat.

But thank you none the less!

your probably better than me, I seem to loose the skill if i put it down for a while. I am no natural I have really had to earn my skills and there will always be someone better. but you can look to me for some who knows all about it but is worse .
when i did gas welding at school i got 100% on the theory and it took me 2 full 4 hr prac sessions to master the 3 litttle 20 min exercises. I'm a hard case.

T-20 point and M4 x0.7 thread.

Drilled two holes. plenty of meat on the side. Took a little time tapping it. Moved the bracket. put some locktite on the screws. Screwed it in. Works the same. Invisible mod. Now has clearance.

I probably won't use this stock intake for long, but I need to compare any horsepower difference on the Dyno and It's important that It fit.
What did you do with the vacuum nipple?

Have you actually seen the inside of your vacuum nipple? (yours might actually be clean) The one I had, and probably most everyone else with a very high mileage 951, was all gunked up not passing air in/out any way. I deleted it.

for a car that needs to pass emissions. Certainly worth the effort. For a car that needs to be pulled apart a million times and put back together, every line deleted is a beautiful thing.
