joking aside. i would first follow Jims idea and wait for your new exhaust to come in. so you can rule out the exhaust if thats not the problem. Are you still using the stock headers? if yes do they still have the factory heat shield are them? if they dont then i would check that out as well, if you have already.

Yeah... I meant to say that i'm taking off the whole exhaust including the headers. There is no doubt in my mind that they are a bit cracked since they are factory original.

As of 5 mins ago I am 100% sure that a decent, audible amount of air is leaking out of the sides of my comressor housing @ 5psi.

My question - is that normal? Should I worry?

Ryan, Are all the bolts holding the compressor housing to the backplate tight? Where is the air coming from? There is the compressor housing and backplate, where is the air coming from?

The air is coming from the seam between the two, so maybe the bolts arent tight? It's coming from where the housing meets the backplate, around the outer edges.
