went out for some tuning runs, everything was running fine and then it suddenly stopped reading anything, and then it started causing some error with the serial port that was bad enough to crash windows xp several times. then when i went home it was working again. it could be a bad sensor that caused it stop reading, but that shouldn't have caused the fatal serial error.
