Default Pictures of the JGTC Porsche 968!

I posted on the 968 Forum but thought I would put them here too since we're kind of related and there is more traffic here.

Here is the car in question:

And here are some engine bay pictures taken by a friend of mine who was there working on an RX7. Sorry for the quality but my friend isn't a Porsche guy and didn't take the numerous pictures I would have if I had been there. Better than nothing though. Thought you guys would be interested in the turbo placement.

Interesting. I had assumed they went out of business I've had many a person who does business in Japan try and get ahold of them with no luck.

motor must be back 300mm interesting IC set up with expanding pipe out of the turbo. motor is standing up converted to double wishbone front . you could get real short inlet path with regular engine mounting have to move the bonnett latch and sort the ducting out

These photos were taken a couple of years ago so it could very well be that they are out of business. I heard that the car was for sale for something like $80K US. Can't confirm that this is true.

Hey E, that's a sweet looking car. Got any more info on it though?

Not much I'm afraid. I think it ran in the GT300 series. They have a website but my Japanese isn't too good.
