Default OKAY FIGURED OUT OVERHEATING BUT NEED YOUR HELP???

Okay one of my fans isn't running while driving, but once it hits 3/4 on the thermo one of them begins to run. Anyone know what this could be and where i could get the part to fix it. I think it may be a relay but what do I know.
Thanks as always
Chris

Your question is model and year dependent.

I think the question was what happens when you turn your AC on, assuming it is working correctly. With the AC on, the fans should go to high speed.

If you have the ability to remove the elec. fan assy, take it out and hotwire the fan that will not come on. Or if the connector is accesible you can do it in the car. Just as easy as running a power wire from a battery sorce, and grounding the other terminal. If it wont come on, the motor is fried. It would still turn by hand, but motor won't enguage if fried. Good Luck!

Check the wiring, the fan motor and the fuse.

If all is well, swap for a used fan relay.

if still no go, then check the resistors.
