Default Nice Tow hooks

I found these on Ebay and ordered one. I liked it so much I ordered an other so that I have one on both sides. Trailering was a challenge before with not having a good place to tie down in the rear. Now its a breeze. No affiliation, just really liked it for the price.

I saw these and it looks very appealing...not really sure how they'd mound on my '88 951S. I see the holes on the frame but there are not welded-in nuts on the back side of the frame rail and I can't see a way to get nuts to the inner part of the frame.

I'd like to find a way to use/buy these as well.

They mount in the rear wheel well. There are rubber plugs you pop out, and just mount with bolts.

If those are not Brey-krause mounts, then they are copies of them. Good mounts.

Actually, there are 3 studs that they mount to. I'll post later.

for towing they make an eylets for lower shock mounts. slick for trailer towing

When trailering - always try to anchor to unspring (IE not the body).

Maybe someone put stud in the holes on yours. Every car I have seen has the holes.

Those are copies of the brey-krause tow eye. I know that the b-k one is powder coated stainless steel and who knows what that is made of.

Three studs here too. And I know that they were factory, because they were coated with the same coat of under body coating that the rest of the car has. .
