I just got them from RS BARN. I cant wait to install them. Yes i am keeping my t-bars. The valving are for street/track. the rear are 150lbs spring and the fronts are 300lbs spring. the hats and camber plates are from racers edge. One of the best companys to deal with. I directly spoke to the owner which is pete and delt with him the whole time. even did some of the research for me. I went over to his shop late last night which he waited for me until i got there. he gave me a tour and expalined everything to me and even gave some tips on for tracking the car. awsome guy. i also got a bunch of other parts from him before. i'll post up those pics too.

When i get home i'll give you the numbers. It should be just enough because i dont want my car to have a real stif suspension because the roads here are horriable. If i feel that they are too soft i can always change them to make them stiff. I can go up to 250 in the rear with out haveing to revalve.

may want to reindex your torsions- i know there is a thread about this but if you keep your torsions stock, and put the coilovers on, the car will bounce off of the coilovers when you hit a bump. You have to put alittle load on them to keep this from happening- as i did.

My 2 Cents worth...
I just did my car. I used Bilstein Escort Cups with Street damping up front, 500# springs in front with 350# in the rear and kept the stock torsion bars which were reindexed to neutral at ride height. I used new rubber bushings on M030 sway bars with drop links. I installed Wrightwood Racing adjustable Camber Plates and machined my own spring hats (I like to do stuff like that). I finished it off with a Brey-Krause Strut Bar. In addition, since I was going to lower the car I also installed RennBay's Geometry Correction Ball Joint kit with 19mm (vs 17mm stock) diameter ball joint diameters.
I find the ride firm but not punishing on the street and the handling is fantastic... 0 body roll it seems and INSTANT turn in! I will be curious as to how you find the lighter spring rates. Please let me know.
You may want to consider replacing the large bushings in the spring plates when you do the job. It was recommended to me that I replace them when I did my job. Apparently that is something best done by an experienced technician since you have to burn the old ones off and reassembly technique is critical from what I understand. I had Auto Edge do that for me and I did all the rest (I took the rear axle out of the car and brought it in).
