i know i am going to need no more than 10ft of -6an line. i am going to need 2 90 deg for the short line damper to rail. then i am giong to need 3 -6 an fittings and poss 3 adapters not sure yet. one hose clamp. all of this is not going to run me no more than 100.00 from summit.

Try GOODRIDGE
They have great fittings that I used on mine and sell the braided line as well. They have several series that are very easy to assemble and I have had 0 issues with them and they will sell to you direct so the cost was a little less.
Ask for Mike Lang, (317) 244-1000. http://www.goodridge.net/usa/index.htm
Good luck!

try here www.batinc.net for the fittings.
and check these threads for specifics and troubles i had. worst part was that i couldn't get the fittings to go on the hose no matter how clean of a cut i made. i finally took it to a industrial tube service center and they had as much trouble as i did but managed to get it. the pro installers couldn't figure out why it was so hard to assemble. bat claimed it shouldn't have been that difficult so i don't what was going on. anyways, you've been warned!
good luck. here are the threads:

also, check out rennlister ibkevin for some pics of his lines and routing away from exhaust headers. i followed this routing also.
i did mine 2 years ago and no problems since.

reno,
I did this mod last winter, sourced lines and fittings from BAT and the -an to jic adapters which go onto your existing hard lines from Lindsey.
You can see the adapters on their web site included in their kits. Give them a call they also sell them separately.
Also, a good time to send your injectors out to Witchhunter for a reseal and flow test. Take your time with the hard line adapters, i tightened them down a little at a time, presurized and checked for leaks. Took a few times before i had them on tight enough. If you over tighten them you will have to recut your hard line and purchase another adapter.
Good luck.

sure, let me dig up my receipts...
required
(4.80/ft) 7 feet: #6 SS Braided Hose (the pic below shows my routing)
(5.70) 4 each: #6 Straight Aluminum Hose End / 6AN
(30.00) 1 each: 8mm to -6AN Steel Compression Fitting
(28.00) 1 each: 10mm to -6AN Steel Compression Fitting
(10.00) 1 each: 14mm 1.5 Female to -6AN Male
(10.00) 1 each: 16mm 1.5 Female to -6AN Male
optional
(75.00) 1 each: Koul Tools Hose Assembly Tools (not cheap but easy to use)
(12.00) 1 pint: Aeroquip Hose Assembly Lube (only a small amount required)
This spring i may shorten the one to the damper to get the cross out of the line routing as it goes into the wheel well. I will also be sleeving them with an insulation to reduce both heat and wear from rubbing due to engine vibration.
Let me know if you have any questions i'll dig out my notes.

did u make the short line? Do u have pics of installtion? How did you connect to the hard fuel lines? You used the total of 8 fittings? around how much did this cost you?

i edited above with '05 prices and a pic of the hard line connection in the wheel well.
i have not put together a shorter line yet. i have a twin oil cooler, brake cooling duct, oil cooler seals, cam tower gaskets and possibly a head job waiting for me and my fiance keeps reminding me of our wedding on the 26th,lol.
since i'll have to detach the fuel lines to take the head/fuel rail off i will install the insulating sleeves and possiblly make a new line when i'm putting it back together.
Send me a PM when you get this project underway, i could box up the assembly lube and Koul Tools and save you a few bucks.

scroll down to page 2--look for gold colored ones.
part # i used was F90-1606 IIRC
short line has to be exact length, otherwise it will bee very difficult to install or kink or not reach. notice how electrical connector to fuel injector must be swivelled to allow clearance.
as for cost, the end connectors aren't cheap. you probably won't save much money but you'll be doing it yourself.
connecting to hardlines--you have to use a small tubing cutter to cut off the ends. then you use compression fittings although i can't remember exact sizes. and then i think there's an adaptor which connects the compression fitting to ss line.
and here it is:
