www.paragon-products.com also sell the 2.5" springs-hypercoils- KLA sold these for awhile as well. Im not sure what model these are, i bought my front, rear coilover setups from Darthcoupe for $700 w/ Koni adjustable fronts.

The QA1 part number was DR4855B they WERE 169.99ea in 2002.
You still need springs, lower shock mounts, and in my case 2" shock extensions. There is a real possiblity that QA1 now sells the correct lengtht shock.
The 1" spacers I believe were Carrera, but I can't say for sure. I bought them from McCoy Racing products here i town. NOTE: I have 2.5" coil overs.
That was 5 years ago so they may not even sell them any more.

Thanks for the info Dan. What do you mean by 2 inch shock extensions, just a 2 inch longer spring? Jegs carries them for $169 still.
For those of you running these, how do you like them? I was planning on going with 29mm torsion bars and 300lb front springs when i get back in mid July. I figure if these coil overs will run me about $450 or so for all the associated hardware also...and new torsion bars run about $250-300, it may be just worth going with the coil over and have the nice option of adjusting ride height, spring rate and dampening / rebound without having to take the shock off or reindex.

Jon,
I did fail to mention that I'm using the 25mm rear torsion bars along with the coil overs.
400 front 300 rear.
To further confuse here is the results from a poll that I did some years ago.

Thanks for the info Dan, i book marked it for later review. I need to do some research about this later tonight. I am thinking of retaining my stock 23.5mm torsion bars and just adding the coil overs afterwards. However taking the bars out completley seems like a nice choice to totally eliminate the need to reindex them. But then the stories of the trailing arm failures make that seem less appealing.
How much of a ride height difference are you able to get using both the torsion bars and coil overs? Are there any weird handling characteristics by using both systems?

The front struts looked to be "engineered" on with Carrera inserts. We've helped a few folks with this sort of setup.

See if that will put you lower than you want the final product to be. My height adjustment is about 1.5 inches lower without the coil overs. That puts most of the load on the coil overs and not the torsion bars. The transition hasn't been a problem for me, but then I'm still learning the driving part of this.
I will say that when I put on the rear sway bar end links I suddenly have quite a bit of oversteer. What I'm saying is that it's pretty close. I may have to take off the end links or put on a larger front sway bar.

Jake,
I calculated out your setup and it's pretty close to mine as far as spring rate. I can barely get the rear end to compress. Very stiff for street use.
Have you tried adjusting the shocks to full stiffness? They do get REAL stiff...
