btw my asthma is nearly completely gone at this point. I really don't have attacks anymore at all. Sometimes I may get a slight shortness of breathe but, its nothing like it used to be.
Did I see that you had posted in the thread in OT about sleep apnea a while back? Your comment about asthma made me think of that, since they seem to be related. Didn't you say your sleep apnea has essentially gone away since you lost the weight? Or am I thinking of someone else...

Nice to see the Porsche isn't the only body getting spruced up! Great job, doing anything with weights or just cardio?

John, Thats awsome! Take the training one day at a time. To fast and you can injure yourself. I do one hour of cardio, 1/2 lifting and eat small portions all day long and thats what helps me stay in shape. I now run marathons and 94 story stair climbs.

You should sign up for the Dallas marathon..

Congratulations man. I've been following the ticker at the bottom of the page and was looking forward to seeing the change at the get together later this month. Incredible work, and I do mean work.

I had slight sleep apnea when I was at my heaviest but, it went away instantly after a small weight drop. The asthma is the man thing. I was born with it. I've had it all my life. Even when I was thin.

To say its been a pain in my side is a understatement.
