Default 2.7 liter 8 valve head for sale

Hi,

Other projects have led me to sell my 2.7 liter 8 valve head. If you are reading this, you probably already know this head fits the 3.0 liter 968 or S2 block without modification for 8 valve turbo projects. Head was advertised to me to be under 80k miles and appears to be in great shape. It has been cleaned up and decked. I will include everything from the cam tower if desired as well as valves etc. Please don't bash me on the price, I would like to get $1500 shipped and including paypal fees to Canada or U.S. Thanks for your time.

-Nick

Is that for the 80k mile disassembled head only, or will you throw in the rest of the engine parts too?

They will be worth (and being sold for) $2,000 in the next few years.
Just my opinion, of course.

LOL, at that rate of appreciation, people would be better off just swapping Nissan or Toyota motors in or something! j/k

I've got four (4) of them. Each was purchased for under $600. (and in some cases... I got the entire engine for under $750)

Surely as more and more development is done on the 16v conversions and building one becomes cheaper, they will become worth less....?
