The Quality of the carpet itself is excellent - I got the better quality grade and it is equal to the factory grade...

Does it have the thick foam backing on the rear carpet like the OEM carpet?

Nope. It's just carpet. My old foam was in good shape so I carefully peeled it of and glued it to the new. It is NOT as well fitted as the factory carpet. I would (and am..) search for a low miledge car to get the rear piece...

Future?? People are wondering and waiting about the rear seat delete molded carpet.

I put someone in my rear seat like twice EVER. I figure is someone need a short ride they can cram themselves in the back with or without a seat doesnt' matter as the seats are too small anyway
