Default Found!!! .....NEEDED front bumper plugs

Anyone know where (other than Porsche) to get these...these are the plugs where the headlamp washers would normally go...

I'm having a helluva time or just not looking in the right place

Try our Rennlist Sponsor? I would think that if anyone would have them, they would?

I just went through the same thing and found the only way to get them is used. I tried buying them from the dealer and wasted my money since they make them different. I finally ended up with a set from dc auto.

bumperplugs.com doesn't have them, and they are extremely overpriced. (i made an identical set of their "front bomper plugs" from Lowe's hardware and touch up paint for ~$6 compared to $50!!)

Hey Hockey...how did you make em from Lowes? As in what parts did you buy...I had looked at the local harware stores trying to come up with something, but nothing jumped out.
Thanks!!

Default Here's the Pics!!

Well I went to Lowes, and true to Hockey's word they had some nice nylon plugs in the misc area...put them on and they fit very nice...I'll post pics in a bit.

I didn't paint them, but they're black and don't look half bad on the red car. Cost a whopping $1.29 at Lowes and a bit of super glue...much cheaper than the dealer.

Car will be going for paint soon, so I'll prob see if these will work when that happens, or just have the shop fill in the holes, but for now this is fine.

Littlejt1, if you still have your receipt from Lowe's, or any other specifics on this particular item or its Lowes part number, could you please post here?

This would help a BUNCH when I go to Lowe's, since the folks there are often clueless when I ask about stuff like this.
