It's fairly easy once you get the balance point, though I'd recommened taking the two large bolts that connect the subframe to the chassis (on the very edges, the horizontal ones) out first. They tend to bind anyway and I took them out last, oops! You need to be VERY carefuly with jackstand placement so you dont drop anything on yourself. I did this in about 15 steps checking and rechecking stands to make sure I was safe the whole time. Other than that, it was fairly easy, but I've also taken the rear apart a dozen times before in peices. It's much easier to tear it all down if you pull it out in one piece IMO.

Painted the BSA's up like Volk TE87 Time Attacks, except with an orange bead rather than red. High temped, of course, done a few other sets and havent had an issue that minor touch ups during a season wont fix. Besides, they are track wheels done have to look perfect.
