Mine does not vibrate. Is it hitting the old bracket for the stock WG? I think most people remove that. You could also loosen the dump pipe and the cat/testpipe and wiggle the system to get more clearance before retorquing

My 38mm sits against the torque tube and vibrates fiercely as well, although i hear this is common w/ the 1 piece crossover?...might be a worthwile tradeoff if i could get hold decent boost

If you have the two piece all that is needed is to rotate it away from the tube make sure all the bolts are tightened good. One piece the tube is two long needs to be shorten a bit, a few guys have made it work with the one piece tube with out cutting it.

I was able to secure it to the original bracket by rotating the bracket 180 degrees and sliding the bracket on the torque tube until it was in a postion for the holes to line up.

Tial 38MM and original bracket. No need for the big Tials on 4 cylinder engines.
If the Tial doesnt fit well, hack 1/2" off the end of the dump pipe and itll go in like it was a stock part.
