Default WTB Clean 951 or 951S

As it states, I am starting to look for a 87 or newer 951, would like to get a nice S. If anyone has something, let me know. Nicely moded would be OK, but nothing crazy.

Thanks

This one is a bit far away for you... I think that color is REALLY sharp!

So you want what year? 88 or 89? But you only want something local near you? Wont consider far and get it or ship it? Let me know, for if you would I think I saw a few 88 or 89s but not near you.

Hey jonathan man whats up, I need to get rid of my 1986 951 due to financial problems, if you know anyone over in Mayflower/Ft Smith/LR who wants one let me know. I owe the banks/lawyer a few grand so i have to part with my car for a bit until i can afford another one.

I'll send you a PM. Maybe I will be in on an 86 that I've owned before.

Rolex, I would like to find something close but would be willing to travel for the right car at the right price. You know how it goes.

Jonathan,

I might be willing to sell my '89. It's got a few upgrades, and needs nothing now. Guards red, black sport seats, T04E, MAF, 968 sways, rebuilt front Konis converted to double adjustable, camber plates, 17" Kinesis wheels, KISS auxiliary oil cooler, 2 transmissions (currrently running S2 tranny, but original S tranny is in perfect condition), many other new parts, 97K miles. Let me know if you're interested.

Thanks,
Gary

I called the guy with the 951 in MD. I told him I would be on a plane to pick up the car tomorrow with cash. He has decided that he will wait and take offers for a week or so to give others an opportunity to see the car. Wish he would have thought this through prior to putting the car for sale in a public forum at a fixed price. Boy this sucks.

What an #$%! There is ebay for that type of thing! Some people . . .

BTW: I don't know how my dad missed that one. The '89 car he bought sunday is listed on there too. Maybe he doesn't like maroon lol

I read the ad on the maroon one 3 times before I realized it was an "S". That price is insane. These cars seem to pop up every couple of years where the people have no idea what they have.

That ad did not initially say it was an "S".

jlturpin: Sorry dude, I think I'm gonna call this guy and drive down there and buy the car on the spot. Add it to the Rolex Collection. I need a bone stock S!
