190K miles block tell me what you think?
I have this block with 190k miles but when the head was removed this is what I found just one cyl was scored but it's something minimal I can't barely feel it with my nail , nothing nada. It looks better than my current engine .

Looks good. Will still be tappered.

looks pretty good to me, that might be a good one to do rod bearings on and resell or another way is to just do a finishing pass on it with the paste and oil on the felts and then new rings if you wanted to keep it. What's the history on the car?

Yeah, it's not the 100% correct way to do it because more than likely the cylinders will have a slight tappered profile to them anyway.
An engine we did for a guy, the cylinders were actually pretty straight, #3 was off a bit. He wanted new rings installed. I tried to talk him into boring to oversize and new pistons/rings for the long haul but the $$ were low after all the upgrades. Sent the block to Duffin, basically they set the tool just to finish the bores again. Mr Duffin said it was ok but he wasn't fond of doing it but it should expose just barely enough of the alusil to help seat the rings. The ring gap was still under max spec, like .06?? IIRC, and after break in, the compression was 141-144 per bore, not the best but not bad, previously he was down to 113-128. How much of that was the refreshed head compared to the bores, not sure. the car is a weekend toy, no track time.
