Default Stuck shifter

Today I had a problem with my shifter it got stuck on 2nd gear, the clutch does engage and disengage properly but I can't move the shifter at all.

Is it the linkage or the tranny?

Happened to me in an old Fiat X19. Got it going and abruptly got on and off the gas several times and it freed up. Probably the tranny.

If the tranny is broken a lot of things are possible.

Why kill a nice car when a tranny can be swapped in a couple hours? Jesus, if we all did this there wouldn't be any 944's left.

Well you have read how this old man drives. Thinking he is a kid ricer and racing everyone in town. Trannies just can't handle it with that kinda powa.

Dude, when something doesn't work I just chop it into pieces, just ask my former wife , damn I guess you can't lol.

I have own more than a few of this cars, my 1st 951 was incredible it took large amounts of abuse and never, I mean never gave me any problem, I bought cars through the years to get the parts that I needed for my 3rd car, which is my current, well I spent a few years and mucho $$$ trying to get my engine to run perfect, well now I have a wonderful a/f ratio and I have the ability to adjust my a/f ratio to whatever boost level I decide to run and I can keep it safe, my last dyno results were 341whp & 349wtq respectively @ 19psi. My engine has been running great for the past 2 years, but last September I got rear ended and that's when my troubles started again, since than my tranny has broke down 2 times and I am not about to spend one more penny on this car. Guru Master technician Chris White once spoke about our cars, the reason why some of them could run for years without a single problem and why some of them are ill fate destine to brake down OVER and OVER again, after many years of TECHNICAL Research he came to the conclusion that some of these cars (951's) are CURSED, well I do believe that is true and I am not about to spend a penny for exorcism.
